Have you heard of the insanely popular workout, P90X? That is the same type of workout as Body of Fire. Both workouts are designed to burn fat and build lean muscle in both men and women. Both workouts are also 90 days long. I recommend Body of Fire over P90X for two major reasons – price and time. P90X is over $140, not including shipping costs, while Body of Fire costs $67. Also, Body of Fire consists of 3-4 super intense workouts a week, each around 40 minutes long. P90X requires a workout every single day, ranging from an hour to an hour and a half. My Favorite Thing About Body of Fire

In one word – Adaptability. This program can be adapted for people at all points in the fitness spectrum.
